This is where all campaign and house rules for the Cauldron campaign.

Leveling
The DM must witness the rolling for HP, no exceptions. If a player rolls under 1/2 when rolling for HP, the amount rolled gets rounded up to 1/2. A players Con bonus is add after the rounding (if rounding is needed).

Dying
All Players (and creatures) do not die when they reach -10 HP. Instead a players constituion bonus is subtracted to -10 to determine when a creature will die (subtracting a positive number from a negative number creates a larger negative number).

Example
With an 8 Con (-1 bonus), a player will die at -9 instead of -10.[ -10 - (-1) = -9]
With an 18 Con (+4 bonus), a player will die at -14 instead of -10.[ -10 - (+4) = -14]

Skills
Sneak
Sneak replaces both "Hide" and "Move Silently". Anytime a character would have used Hide or Move Silently, Sneak is used instead. This is a class skill if either Hide or Move Silently was. Sneak is apposed by Listen and Spot, depending on how the opposing player is trying to notice you.

Search
Normal rules state that only a rogue can find traps with a DC or 20 or higher. As well, it states that only a rogue can find magical traps. This restriction has been removed. Any player can try and find traps of any DC as well as look for magical traps.

Item Creation
Normally, when creating items, the creator will have to expend some XP during the creation process. In this campaign, the creator can pull the XP from other sources. It cane be pulled from a willing participant or if the create is evil, it can be ripped from a non willing participant. This is a highly evil act obviously and not an option for a player character. This allows the PC's who create items to ask for as well when creating an item for other players.
